ADMISSION PROCEDURE 2025-26

Jagan Institute of Management Studies provides full-time PGDM and PGDM International Business programs PGDM (Retail Management). The duration of these programs is 2 Years. For admission to the aforementioned courses candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their CAT/ MAT/ XAT / CMAT or ATMA scores and in order to appear for these exams students have to register to their online respective portals Qualified candidates can further register with JIMS, Kalkaji both through offline and online mode. Shortlisted candidates will have to further appear for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds on the basis of which students will be further shortlisted. The admission process will go as follows:

• Candidates are required to fill the application form costing Rs. 1000/- which is available on the JIMS official website
• JIMS Rohini shortlists the candidates based on their performance in CAT, XAT, ATMA, MAT, CMAT or GMAT exam score.
• Once shortlisted, the candidates will go through GD-PI round

Post GD and PI round weightages are given to Entrance exam score; Academics; Work Experience (if any); Group Discussion; Personal Interview among other parameters.

• Academic performance of the candidate in 10th standard, 12th standard, qualifying degree and relevant work experience are the other components which are verified and given weightage
• The final selection for the JIMS Rohini PGDM programme will be based on the final composite score based on all the aforementioned criteria.

Jaganath Institute of Management Studies offers Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Post Graduate diploma in Management International Businesses and Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management since more than 3 decades. The institute offers specialization in its PGDM/MBA programme in the following streams: Marketing, Finance, Human resource, entrepreneurship, business analytics strategic Management. In PGDM (IB) it offers specializations in Finance with International business and Marketing with International Business and In PGDM Retail Management it offers specializations in Retail Management with marketing, retail management with Finance and Retail Management with E-Commerce.

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility criteria for PGDM, PGDM (IB) and PGDM(RM)

• Candidates must score 50% marks in graduation in any discipline. (Students appearing in final year examinations are also eligible). final year results to be submitted by Oct 2025.
•   Appropriate Exam Score (CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA).
•   CAT/MAT /ATMA/XAT – 500 Composite Score or equivalent
